1. Introduction

Ayoship is an online multi-vendor fashion platform where customers can purchase fashion products from various sellers.
By using the website and app, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. User Account

All users must register with a valid mobile number and email address.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.

3. Product Pricing and Description

All product details are provided by the respective sellers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% correctness.
Prices may change from time to time.

4. Order and Payment

The order process begins only after order confirmation.
Payments can be made through online modes such as UPI, debit/credit cards, etc.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Product delivery is carried out through third-party courier services like Shiprocket.
Delivery time and charges depend on your location and the product.

6. Return and Refund Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect items, return requests can be made within 5–7 days.
Returns are subject to the seller’s return policy.
Refunds will be initiated after a successful return.

7. Seller Guidelines

All sellers must provide GST, bank details, and accurate product information.
Uploading counterfeit, copyrighted, or restricted products may result in account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Logos, designs, and content displayed on Ayoship are copyrighted and owned by the company.

9. Disclaimer

All information on the website is provided “as is.”
Ayoship will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will be Patna, Bihar.

2.Terms & Conditions for Customers – Ayoship

1.1 Account Creation

• Customers must create an account with verified email and mobile number.
• Only one valid account is allowed per individual.

1.2 Order & Payment

• Customers can place orders only for products listed on the Ayoship website/app.
• All payments must be made online via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.

1.3 Delivery Policy

• Delivery will be completed within 3–10 business days, depending on the location.
• Customers must be available to receive the product during the expected delivery window.

1.4 Return & Refund

• Returns are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of product receipt.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after successful return pickup and validation.

1.5 Limitations

• Ayoship does not provide product guarantees; it serves as a marketplace platform.
• Ayoship has a limited role in disputes related to damages, delays, or logistics issues.

2. Terms & Conditions for Sellers – Ayoship

2.1 Registration

• Each seller must undergo verification using GST number, bank account details, Aadhaar card, etc.
• Only genuine, self-owned products can be uploaded. Counterfeit or copyrighted items are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Product Listing

• Accurate product information, real images, and fair pricing are mandatory.
• Misleading titles or photos may result in penalties.

2.3 Order Processing & Shipping

• Sellers must keep products ready within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
• Shipping will be handled via Shiprocket or Ayoship’s partnered courier services.

2.4 Payment Process

• Seller payments will be transferred to their bank account 7–10 days after the return window closes.
• Platform commission and shipping charges will be deducted before disbursing the remaining amount.

2.5 Account Suspension or Termination

• Repeated customer complaints, sale of counterfeit products, or violation of policies can result in account suspension or termination.
